How it works
Individual Session. Our 30 minute individual session provides you with a safe and comfortable space to vent and express struggles you are experiencing in general, and also specifically related to your work on the front line. We will be a listening ear and will also offer techniques to manage stress and anxiety.
Group Session. Our 50 minute group session provides a safe space to vent and express any struggles you are experiencing in general, and also specifically related to your work on the front line. You will be on a virtual session with other healthcare professionals, like yourself. The goal of a group session is to receive support while supporting others who are experiencing similar stressors.
This free service is limited to 3 sessions. This helps us make sure that we can continue to provide the same service to more people. After any of your sessions, if you would like to engage in longer term therapy, we can help you by providing resources and referrals.
We are a coalition of over 20 licensed mental health professionals that have joined together to provide this free service through our own counseling practices.
